Debate India provided comprehensive coaching programs in debating and public speaking for middle school, high school, and college students, with a special focus on the parliamentary debating format.
Debate India selected, sponsored and coached a national team to the 4th Asia World Schools Debating Championships held in Bangkok, Thailand from 24-28 July 2017. The team was declared the Novice Champions.
Debate India coached the Indian team to the Worlds Schools Debating Championship 2016, held in Stuttgart, Germany. The team ranked 12th and qualified to the round of 16.
At the universities level, our students from IIT Bombay have qualified to the quarterfinals of the World Universities Debating Championships 2017. 2 university students of Debate India from NLSIU also qualified to the partial double octos at the World Universities Debating Championships 2017 held in the Hague, Netherlands, and were both ranked among the top 50 speakers in the world. Students from Delhi University qualified to the quarterfinals at the United Asians Debating Championships 2017 held in Siem Reap, Cambodia. All three of them ranked in the top 15 speakers in Asia. Our students have also qualified to the semifinals of the Asian British Parliamentary Debate 2016 held in Jakarta, Indonesia, and won national tournaments including PES Debate 2016, Manipal Debate 2016.
